Why You Should Use Facebook Pay-Per-Click

Pay-per-click or PPC has been proven to be the fastest way to generate leads for your business. It can seem a bit intimidating first, especially for someone who has never used it, but once you get the hang of it, you will soon discover how quick and effective it is. However, one thing that might discourage your from taking advantage of the strategy is its cost.

For years, the mighty Google AdWords has been said to be the best PPC system available. Today, along with the other PPC options you can find on the web, Facebook PPC has become by far one of my favourite. I'll explain why.

#1 First of all, the body of your ad is allowed 135 characters. It's almost two times what you can put into a Google ad. More characters equal more information, bigger description, better targeting.

#2 Powerful Targeting - Now this is where all the fun starts. When you're done creating your title, body and image, what you need to do is to select who will see your ad. You choose which country will have access to it, which language, age group, gender, and more importantly your target market's interests and connections; which group they are a member of, which application they use, which pages they like, etc.

#3 You have a total control of how much you want to spend starting from $1/day and the price of your bids with a minimum of $0.01. Of course the number of impressions you'll get will depend of your budget, so you'll have to play around a little to see what pricing is right for you.

However, there are a couple of rules you will have to pay attention to and some people can find it quite tricky to get their ads approved, but don't worry, it is just a matter of learning how to effectively use your links and your keywords.
